My name is Rebeca Alvarez. I’m originally from Puerto Rico and currently living on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Brigham Young University in 2016.
I specialize in digital illustration, gouache painting, and graphic design, and I’ve spent the past 10 years working full-time as a graphic designer, including roles at Nu Skin and BambooHR. I’m currently working as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer, with past clients including Amplify, Double Ink Publishing, and Penguin Random House.
When I’m not illustrating, you’ll usually find me at the beach doing plein air painting with my two little ones, playing video games, or experimenting in the kitchen (dips are my favorites!)
Thanks so much for spending time on my page! If you’d like to collaborate on a project, feel free to reach out via email below or on Instagram at @rebecaalvarezz.
